Julian Assange – Freedom in February?

It is possible Julian Assange may be free on February 6th.  Westminster Magistrates’ Court

 

The Crown Prosecution Service said: “He is seeking to have the warrant of arrest discontinued because the Swedes have confirmed that the extradition warrant is no longer live, he is seeking that therefore the warrant of arrest should be taken out as well”

When asked if this meant that Assange could leave the Embassy and not be arrested, the Crown Prosecution Service replied “hypothetically yes, that would be our interpretation”.

There are no guarantees that should Assange will not be arrested and extradited to USA
